For longer journeys of five or more days. I move in overnight every night so your pet keeps their normal routine in their own home. Includes feeding, potty breaks, play, and photo updates every other day. Your home stays lived-in too, with plant care, mail and packages, and secure storage.
House Sitting & Extended Stays
Your home is well kept & maintained.
I move in for the length of your trip, overnight every night, so your home stays inhabited, maintained, and protected. Includes plant care, mail and package collection, garden harvest, secure storage where needed, and a daily photo update.

Rates & Policies
Holiday Surcharge
Applies to all federal and major holidays. If the holiday falls on a weekend (Friday through Monday), the fee applies to each weekend day.
Sittings: base rate + $20 / night
Extended Care (2–8 hrs): base rate + $26 / night + 50%
Walks: base rate + $9 / 30 min, + $18 / 60 min
Last-Minute Booking Fee
Less than 24 hrs: base rate + 50%
24 to 36 hrs: + 40%
36 to 48 hrs: + 30%
48 to 60 hrs: + 20%
60 to 72 hrs: + 15%
Cancellation · Holiday Stays
Booked more than 1 week out: 30 days' notice, or a 30% fee
Booked less than 1 week out: 14 days' notice, or a 30% fee
Booked and cancelled within 2 weeks of the holiday: 50% fee
Cancellation · Holiday Walks
Requested 30+ days ahead: 14 days' notice, or a 30% fee
Requested 14+ days ahead: 7 days' notice, or a 30% fee
Booked and cancelled within 7 days: 50% fee
Additional Pet Care
Additional Dog: $31 / night, $21 / walk
Additional Puppy: $41 / night, $26 / walk
Additional Cat: $21 / night, $15 / walk
